Hi, I have lost a worksheet for my Caron Wonder Art Lab Puppies Art.# 4386. Does anyone have this work sheet or know where i can get a replacement>

You will need to contact the manufacturer of this product, which is Caron. The manufacturers of the kits are the only ones that can sent out replacement supplies since they are the ones who put it all together :) You can contact the manufacturer of the product (CARON) so they can send you replacement supplies/instructions. I have this pattern if you still need it. I got it from the manufacturer when I received a kit and it was in such bad shape I could not even read it. I would be happy to email it to you if you still need it.
