We are not the manufacturers of the latch hook kits. We are an online store that carries latch hook kits from different manufacturers but we do not make them or put them together. If you are missing something from the kit itself, all you need to do is contact the manufacturer (Caron, Wonder Art, or MCG Textiles) and let them know what was missing and they would send out a replacement for you.

Hey maybe not useful now but if it is new from the store usually you can email the manufacturer and they will send you the missing yarn (takes a few weeks) or if it is used tell you which yarn to order and the cost
