some colors are running out
i rodered this rug a lil while back(as it takes a while to do one of these) and i have come to find out that i ran out of several colors of yarn before i was finished with them
about 5 pieces of sky blue
40 pieces of rust
30 pieces of dark gold
how can i get these colors sent to me so i can finish this rug?
i dont understand why ALL the pieces would not be included as PART of the initial kit

You will need to contact the manufacturer of the kit, which is MCG Textiles. We do not make or put the latch hook kits together, we are just an online retailer who sells them on our website. MCG has a website, www.mcgtextiles.com and they should have a "Contact Us" option on their homepage. Replacement supplies can only come from the manufacturer, so just contact them and let them know what you need and they will get it out to you. Thank you.

I had trouble with this company also and ran out of some of the colors. When I contacted the company, they were no help and did not send the color needed. They said I must have used the wrong colors and mixed them up. I do not like this company at all for Disney Latch Hooks. But they are the only company that I can find licensed Disney products.
You should call them, if their first tier customer service isn't a help, demand a manager, supervisor...make a noise...at least I would feel better. When companies refuse responsibility, I ask what the heck they are in business for...except the "buck"? They are there to provide a customer service! Some sort of compromise should be sought! Not an after thought! Good luck!
I have a ton of colors left over from various kits. I could probably start my own factory. what do I do do with allthis yarn?
To the one that said "I have so many pieces of left over yarn I could probably start my own factory". What you can do with all the left over pieces is that you could order (or go to your local craft store) a blank canvas and make a rug out of those pieces. That would be pretty cool. I watched a YouTube video and the video was about latch hooking. The woman in the video showed this big rug she made out of left over yarn from kits. I was like now that's an awesome idea. That's something I'm gonna do.
