About 2 years ago, or so, my sister had purchased this exact kit. She started it (half a row) and gave up. At that time she was pretty busy with 3 small, small children so she gave it to me. However, she had misplaced the direction sheet. I contacted Caron International by e-mail, included all the kit info -- name, #, etc. -- and my info. I scanned a copy of the front of the box (picture of the finished product) and sent it off to them. Lo and behold, almost immediately (like within 2 weeks), they sent me the direction sheet. I was so pleased with their service. And the rug is amazing.
