Hi I've just recently started doing latch hook projects. I'm on my 2nd now and both times I've run out of at least one of the colors - any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

It could be that you are using a color that you thought was the correct one. I have never ran out of a color before. Always had left over of at least half a dozen or so strands. Double check your color log.
