hi i dont live in vegas but i have hung several rugs up by
buying elmers glue for materal and find a good condition cardboard box the size of the rug
then lay the rug upside down and put glue all over it then flip onto flattened box and lay something on top of it to apply good contact then let dry
once dry --- use box cutter or xacto blade and cut out shape then put hangars on back to hang
several ways to do that hope this helps
