I took a latch hook rug (Coast Guard emblem) made by my mother-in-law in 1976 to a dry
cleaner to get a stain out. Big mistake!!! I should have tried doing it myself. They threw it in a
machine, and a large portion of the center medallion just pulled out. Now I need to match yarn
(100% wool) and try to repair it myself. (I have never hooked a rug) I live in northern Virginia,
and cannot find supplies of yarn, canvas, etc. and advice. Can anyone help?
