missing grid
I purchased item #37626 jungle tiger and only rec'd the top grid. Could I be mailed the bottom grid please.

You will need to contact the manufacturer of the product so they can send you replacement supplies for this. We do not make these kits so we do not have any of the supplies for them. I am not sure who makes the product that you are referring to but Caron and MCG Textiles are the major ones and they both have websites where you can contact them and ask for replacement supplies.
