COVID-19 UPDATE!

Currently we are under a Stay at Home order until April 6th for all non-essential personnel. To keep our employees safe, we are going to be working with a very small skeleton crew until the order gets lifted.

We are expecting supply line disruptions as more states take measures to combat the COVID-19 situation. We will be happy to take your order, and we will do our best to fill it as soon as we can, but please know that circumstances may delay shipping for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Here are the policies we are putting in place to deal with this crisis:

Orders will be shipped as soon as they can, in the order they are received:

If you need your items within a certain time frame, please reconsider placing your order. If you decide to get your supplies somewhere else during this crisis, we hope you reconsider us when things are back to normal! We are asking you to please be patient as we try and service you.

Back ordered items will be removed from your order & you will be refunded:

We are sorry for this inconvenience, but with the volume of orders we are receiving and the limited amount of resources we have for storing and keeping track of them, we feel that it is in everyone’s best interests if we cancel the back ordered items and ship what we can.

Some items will not be available at all until things return to normal:

Special order items and things that may be taking longer to get than usual like hand-dyed fabric will be unavailable to order until things return to normal. We really do not fee comfortable taking orders for things that we have no idea when they will be available.

Please be assured that we are doing everything we can do ensure the safety of our employees and the products we are providing you. Our primary concern is the health and safety of our employees and their families. We also want to do everything we can to help our customers through this difficult time, which is why we are staying open at all.
